Jack recorded videos, observed details, and analyzed the performance of the EPDM granules on site. His feedback was calm, professional, and objective. Watching his videos, I felt deep respect. Because I could sense he was evaluating everything with responsibility toward children, communities, and society.

He then carefully reviewed multiple projects — kindergartens and schools in Shanghai, residential projects in Nanjing, projects in Japan, and school installations in the UAE. Every case was rigorously evaluated by his team. This was not purchasing behavior. This was professional respect for craftsmanship.

In March 2025, Jack placed his first official order. He chose FieldsMaster's highest-grade Pro EPDM granules combined with our Aliphatic Binder system. Taiwan's climate presents challenges. During early construction, adjustments were required regarding curing time and catalyst ratios under lower temperatures.

When he learned we were preparing for an exhibition in Saudi Arabia, he voluntarily provided high-quality photos of his EPDM installation for us to share with global clients. At that moment, I felt deeply grateful. Because this was no longer just cooperation. It was mutual care.

Over the past one and a half years, our relationship has gone far beyond a traditional supplier-client dynamic. Today, Jack has completed three projects using our EPDM rubber granules, with several more under design and planning. We have witnessed each other's growth along the way. Recently, Jack and his team conducted a rigorous challenge: The Egg Drop Experiment. Using a rubber floor sample bonded with our FM 8004 PU binder, they performed tests from heights of 100cm, 150cm, and 200cm. The results were remarkable. The egg did not break; it bounced back, completely unharmed. In this experiment, you can see the absolute rigor of Jack's team, just as I did. They never lower their standards for any detail.
